Music Director- Mr. Christopher T. Greco

 Since River Ridge opened in 1991 Mr.Greco is the Seventh music director at River Ridge High School. Students under his tutelage don’t just learn how to play their instruments, they learn how to grow as members of society and to build leadership and organizational skills that they will use through their life. 

Mr. Greco received his B.S. in Music Education at the University of South Florida. Throughout his education Mr. Greco studied with some of the finest clinicians from around the nation. Mr. Greco studied privately with Dr.John C. Carmichael, Dr. William Wiedrich, and Professor Valerie Gillespie. During his college career he taught as a woodwind instructor at numerous middle and high schools during marching season and Solo and Ensemble season. He has also written various arrangements for numerous schools and the University of South Florida. Mr. Greco is a member of NAfME (National Association for Music Education), Kappa Kappa Psi (National Honorary Band Fraternity), and Phi Eta Sigma (National Honors Fraternity).  


Guard Instructor- Madison Nelson

Madison Nelson, received her B.S. Degree in marine biology, from the University of South Florida.  She has been involved in color and winterguard for the last seven years. She has completed 11 successful seasons resulting in two bronze AIA Championship medals, one FFCC Championships gold medal and placed 11th ranking in WGI World Championships.
